Why don’t more companies use salary sacrifice?

Although 65% of the FTSE 350 use salary sacrifice pension, only 27% of UK SMEs use the scheme. This is because bigger companies have dedicated staff that can handle the full upgrade but many smaller companies do not have the funds or resources to manage the switch.
