What happens if an employee leaves my company and is enrolled in a salary sacrifice arrangement?
If your employee was enrolled on a salary sacrifice scheme with you and then leaves your company, their pension pot will remain with their pension provider and they will still have access to this directly through the provider. They will no longer have access to the Mintago app or dashboard and any information that we held on that employee will be deleted.
However, if the employee is then employed by another company that uses Mintago's services, they can then reactivate their Mintago account and all information will be restored.
